resTORbio, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 3, 2020. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

The stockholders of the Company elected Michael Grissinger and Lynne Sullivan as Class II directors of the Company, for a three-year term ending at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2023 and until their successor have been duly elected and qualified or until their earlier resignation or removal.
