resTORbio, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 8, 2019. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

The stockholders of the Company elected Jonathan Silverstein and David Steinberg as Class I directors of the Company, for a three-year term ending at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2022 and until their successor have been duly elected and qualified or until their earlier resignation or removal.
